If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 for immediate help.  For other urgent problems during regular office hours, please notify the staff member who answers the phone that you have an emergency, and your call will be handled immediately.  For emergencies after hours, please call our answering service, at (513) 244-0200, and they will page the physician or nurse practitioner on call, who will return your call at the number you provide. The number of our answering service is recorded on our answering machine, which you will reach if you dial our office number after hours.  We appreciate your cooperation in limiting these calls to emergencies only.  We will be happy to help you during office hours with anything that can wait until those hours.
