We are contracted with many insurance companies, and can file to your insurance company even if we are not contracted with them.  Payment of co-payments and deductibles is expected at the time of service if you have insurance, and if you are a cash patient, payment in full is expected.  We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards.  It is the parent's responsibility to provide us with the most current copy of the patient's insurance card.  It is also the parent's responsibility to know the details of the insurance plan, the benefits it provides, and the amount of the co-payment.
