There is always a nurse available to give advice to patients over the phone at both offices during regular office hours.  If the phone call requires the doctor's attention, we will return your call as promptly as possible.  To decrease your time on hold, if you need non-emergent advice or information, it is best that you call in the late morning or early afternoon, Tuesday through Friday, as these are our least busy phone times.
